How do other organizations achieve ROI from APM?

This morning I learned about a company named "TechValidate" from a colleague. Over 275 of our customers have responded to their surveys and there are 10 case studies published there, authored by actual users of OPNET's APM products, and validated by TechValidate.


It is interesting to learn from the experiences of these experts.  What applications do they monitor and troubleshoot?  What challenges do they address?  What factors influenced their purchase decisions?  What results have they achieved so far with OPNET APM?  Are they happy customers?  [HINT: 97% of 275 surveyed wrote they would recommend OPNET]  Besides the surveys you can read individual case studies from OPNET customers including AccentureAT&TDeluxe Corp., PfizerBNP ParibasTotal System Services, and Lockheed Martin

Whether you're a CIO, manager, or technical practitioner considering a new IT product, having access to third-party validated information is a big benefit.  A new practitioner can read what other real practitioners have done with the same products.  A buying manager can verify assumptions and criteria others have used to achieve ROI.
