Having completed the first year of my masters’ study in Information Management, I was actively looking for an internship in the IT field. Riverbed with its industry leading network performance management (NPM) solutions for IT and bulging trophy cabinet was an obvious choice.
My joining Riverbed could not have come at a better time. Every day I get an insider’s view of how the integration with OPNET Technologies is helping Riverbed build on its strong heritage and experience in delivering solutions that improve the performance of technology for business. But this integration created a serious problem for me…having just learned NPM, I would now have to employ my limited mental faculties to learn application performance management (APM).
