APM for Different Cloud Deployment Models

For many years we have been helping clients plan for application migrations to virtualized datacenters, and to monitor performance in production after migrations are complete. The lingo to describe the application performance management challenges related to such migrations has definitely evolved during this time -- most notably based on the popularity of one word: "cloud".
